Project Architect / Architectural Designer (Revit)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; full-time, office-based role

Salary: $102,094.36–$116,679.27 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to develop design solutions and construction documents.
• Support projects from concept through construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, field reports, and inspections.
• Lead design coordination, define technical approaches, and integrate engineering disciplines into architectural plans.
• Perform technical design analysis, code analysis, material selection, detailing, and documentation.
• Coordinate specifications with manufacturers and outside consultants while managing schedules and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and review other team members’ design packages for quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture; M.Arch preferred.
• 3–8 years of project experience in one or more of the listed market sectors preferred.
• Licensed Architect preferred, with Massachusetts licensure or the ability to obtain it.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM modeling, ACC cloud collaboration, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong design, detailing, and graphic presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IBC, NFPA, and Massachusetts codes.
