Regional Sector Leader, Industrial Workplace

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States, or Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Four days per week in the office from Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays.

What you will do

• Lead the growth, profitability, and design excellence of the industrial workplace sector in the assigned region.
• Develop annual business plans with the Global Sector Leader and align regional strategy with sector goals.
• Collaborate with regional and sector leaders, business development leaders, and design staff to pursue and execute work.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, career development, performance management, and compensation recommendations for sector-specific staff.
• Support project acquisition, execution, conferences, and firm activities through regular travel as needed.
• Build external industry recognition through speaking engagements, published articles, design awards, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of integrated design, strategic growth, market trends, and strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to lead integrated disciplines in developing award-winning technical design solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, customer-focus, and growth-oriented leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current portfolio or work samples submitted in PDF format.
