What you will do

• Drive practice strategy and financial performance in collaboration with executive leadership and FP&A teams.
• Manage practice-level forecasting, revenue tracking, margins, and utilization goals.
• Act as a primary liaison between practice leadership, corporate VPs, and HR for staffing, performance management, and compensation processes.
• Lead strategic initiatives including headcount forecasting, staff development, and practice data management.
• Coordinate business development efforts, including pitch development and cross-practice market initiatives.
• Manage operational staff and coordinate with recruiters to support the talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Strong ability to analyze financial information and build complex financial models.
• Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to key office locations including Boston, Chicago, New York, Tampa, and Washington, DC.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA.
