Regional Vice President (Engineering and Architecture)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid workplace. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs.

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities into regional business plans and focused actions.
• Shape market-development strategies, identify growth opportunities, and provide regional market and competitive insights.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, industry leaders, and professional organizations.
• Connect clients and teams with hirify.global’s cross-disciplinary capabilities and coordinate workshare, talent sharing, staffing, and delivery.
• Provide senior client liaison, project, or technical leadership and help teams address complex scope, schedule, budget, and client-expectation challenges.
• Attract, mentor, develop, and retain employees and emerging leaders while fostering a collaborative regional culture.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in engineering, architecture, construction, environmental services, or another professional-services environment.
• Proven success building trusted relationships with clients, employees, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Experience influencing people across a collaborative, matrixed organization and translating strategy into practical results.
• Strong understanding of project-based consulting, client service, and market development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Professional engineer or architect registration in Washington State.
• Ten or more years of experience across technical service delivery, client relationship management, and regional or general management.
