Billing Project Coordinator

Salary: USD $19.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Generate, verify, revise, and submit draft and final project invoices.
• Compile invoice support and backup documentation according to project contracts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and track billing-related transactions.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, finance, operations, clients, and other departments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to billing inquiries.
• Prepare billing reports, analyze trends, support client audits, and improve quality control.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, finance, or a related role.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and deadline management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and billing best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changes in billing processes or software.
