Transcon Finance Agent

Salary: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

What you will do

• Manage timely and accurate invoicing, payable processes, and client billing.
• Enter operational data accurately and ensure clients receive invoices within 24 hours of invoicing.
• Handle APD, credit, debit, and other accounting issues efficiently.
• Resolve payable issues and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal employees.
• Monitor billing and accounting KPIs, improve process efficiency, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, government regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Chicagoland area.
• Six months to one year of related experience in domestic operations.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and a professional attitude.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
