Senior Executive-Billing

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end invoicing and cost-booking processes, including timely customer invoice dispatch.
• Review invoices and draft invoices prepared by Accenture against valid agreements and agreed rates.
• Identify billing discrepancies, escalate issues, coordinate resolutions, and resubmit corrected invoices.
• Resolve customer invoice disputes and follow up on missing information with relevant stakeholders.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and Excel trackers, preparing compliant hard-copy billing sets within required timelines.
• Coordinate with operations, transportation, finance, and internal and external stakeholders to complete billing and maintain submission records.

Requirements

• Experience managing invoicing and cost-booking activities.
• Ability to verify invoices against contracts, agreements, and agreed rates.
• Strong attention to accuracy and compliance with customer billing requirements.
• Ability to track submissions, follow up on acknowledgements, and escalate missed deadlines.
• Experience working with customer online portals, Excel trackers, and shared document folders.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with finance, operations, transportation teams, customers, and external service providers.
