Staff AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous and agentic AI systems.
• Define the technical roadmap for agent management, including discovery, provisioning, orchestration, and retirement.
• Build infrastructure and tools for multi-agent collaboration, memory and context management, extensibility, and safe execution.
• Develop agent frameworks, LLM pipelines, observability layers, and evaluation systems for production deployments.
• Enable enterprise integration through SDKs, APIs, governance, access controls, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform engineers, product managers, architects, and platform teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, Kubernetes, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying secure autonomous agents at scale.
• Deep knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration models, including memory, planning loops, self-reflection, and execution chains.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure and networking, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure design.
• Experience with access control, identity management, policy enforcement, SDKs or APIs, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; software development experience in Python, Go, or Java.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of LLMs, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, vector databases, graph-based memory systems, or knowledge graphs.
• Experience with zero-trust architectures, AI governance, secure multi-tenancy, identity security, compliance-driven environments, or enterprise SaaS.
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or LLM orchestration tools.
