Salary: $169,400–$254,100 annually.

What you will do

• Architect and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous and agentic AI systems.
• Define the technical roadmap for agent discovery, provisioning, orchestration, governance, and retirement.
• Build infrastructure for multi-agent collaboration, memory and context management, extensibility, and safe execution.
• Develop observability, evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, and closed-loop retraining capabilities.
• Create SDKs and APIs that expose agentic functionality to developers and downstream applications.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform engineers, product leaders, architects, and platform teams to deliver agentic capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, Kubernetes, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying secure autonomous agents at scale.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks and orchestration models, including LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable tools.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure scalability, APIs or SDKs, and security controls.
• Experience with Python, Go, or Java, plus CI/CD, testing, observability, and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of LLMs, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, vector databases, or graph-based memory systems.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, zero-trust architectures, AI governance, secure multi-tenancy, or identity security.
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or LLM orchestration tooling.
• Background in compliance-driven environments or enterprise SaaS platforms.
