Senior IT Project Manager Lead (Finance)

Location: On-site in Southlake, TX or Austin, TX. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: USD $149,700–$195,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, high-visibility cross-enterprise programs and projects supporting business transformation and technology enablement.
• Provide leadership, structure, governance, and execution oversight for a major integration and modernization initiative.
• Align business stakeholders, technology teams, product leaders, and senior executives across a highly matrixed environment.
• Manage planning, dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Drive transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile delivery while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience and 10+ years leading large, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Expertise delivering complex programs while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Experience with Agile fundamentals, Agile delivery practices, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influencing, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Experience leading concurrent workstreams and strategic execution across organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or related certification.
• Executive-level partnership, mentoring, coaching, and team development experience.
• Process improvement, portfolio management, strategic planning, or technology investment prioritization experience.
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices and large-scale transformation initiatives.
