What you will do

• Source and recruit specialized annotators and performers across languages, regional dialects, design, clinical, and other hard-to-find profiles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, universities, niche networks, and AI-powered workflows to scale sourcing channels.
• Design vetting and assessment pipelines based on project requirements and candidate expertise.
• Build ongoing relationships with experts to maintain a warm, staffable roster between projects.
• Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specifications into candidate profiles.
• Improve staffed capacity so more customer work can be accepted and delivered.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to build AI workflows that scale effective sourcing and improve annotator experience.
• Comfort managing funnel metrics including outreach volume, response rates, conversion, and time-to-fill.
• Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism for email and direct-message outreach.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments such as startups, agencies, or consulting.
