Talent Acquisition Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the USA

What you will do

• Lead a recruiting team by setting priorities, managing capacity, coaching performance, and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, research, and go-to-market functions, stepping into sourcing, interviewing, closing, and complex searches when needed.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for sourcing, screening, research, and pipeline operations.
• Create scalable recruiting processes, automation, and tooling to eliminate recurring manual work.
• Use funnel, capacity, and conversion data to diagnose recruiting problems and improve operations.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and support strong, high-quality hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of recruiting experience, including experience leading or managing recruiters, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience hiring across technical and go-to-market functions in a high-growth technology or AI company.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and/or research roles.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby, Metaview, and Juicebox.
• Experience building AI-assisted recruiting workflows or automation that materially improved team operations.
• Must be able to work remotely from the USA.
