Talent Sourcer (Machine Learning)

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States; on-site work required 4 days per week.

Quantitative trading firm applying machine learning and advanced quantitative research to large datasets to develop systematic trading strategies.

What you will do

• Source ML and DL researchers and engineers for high-impact roles.
• Work with managers to define hiring needs and create role-specific sourcing strategies.
• Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative candidate outreach.
• Track sourcing and outreach metrics and recommend process improvements based on findings.
• Provide market intelligence and contribute ideas for new tools to attract talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter.
• Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, emotional intelligence, and intellectual curiosity.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning landscape and where ML talent can be found.
• Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the supported lines of business.
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LIR.
• Ability to work on-site 4 days per week.
