Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States; on-site work required 4 days per week

What you will do

• Source machine learning and deep learning researchers and engineers for high-impact roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Research competitors and industry trends to create effective candidate outreach.
• Track sourcing and outreach metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Provide market intelligence that supports hiring strategy and employer brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter.
• Experience in a highly selective hiring environment.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning talent landscape.
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work on-site 4 days per week in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
