Fabricator (Aluminum Boats)

Location: Lebanon, Missouri, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $18.05–$19.25 per hour, plus eligibility for a 2% annual productivity bonus

What you will do

• Configure and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend aluminum parts according to specifications.
• Load, install, and correctly set up required tooling.
• Start machines, monitor operations, and record production data.
• Examine completed workpieces for defects and quality issues.
• Participate in operator-level preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Self-starter and team player with strong safety awareness.
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist during a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to work at heights on platforms and lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work around noise, dust, fumes, odors, and in areas that may not be air-conditioned while using required PPE.
