Human Resources Outsourcing, Supervisor (US HR)

Location: Toronto, Canada; travel of up to 25% may be required based on client and business needs.

Compensation: $88,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead HR Consultants delivering HR operations, compliance, and advisory services to multiple clients.
• Advise clients on employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, policies, and HR best practices.
• Develop standardized, scalable HR processes that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Lead or support HRIS selection, implementation, and optimization using platforms such as Rippling, UKG, ADP, Paychex, and Paylocity.
• Support HR due diligence, risk assessment, and post-merger integration for M&A activities.
• Contribute to client proposals, presentations, service expansion, assessments, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of HR experience supporting US-based organizations.
• Experience managing, mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance management for HR professionals.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or business units in consulting, outsourcing, or corporate HR environments.
• Expertise in US HR strategy, compliance, policy development, process improvement, employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Strong project management, communication, relationship-building, and change-management skills.

Nice to have

• SHRM or HRCI certification.
• Experience in HR outsourcing or HR consulting firms supporting US-based clients.
