What you will do
- Own the HRIS strategy, roadmap, governance, and day-to-day administration for UKG and related platforms.
- Maintain system configuration, workflows, security roles, integrations, data standards, controls, and documentation.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, change management, and vendor collaboration.
- Ensure HR data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance across employment, payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
- Oversee workforce analytics, dashboards, executive reporting, and insights on headcount, turnover, attrition, DEI, compensation, and benefits.
- Prioritize workloads, coach team members, and act as the escalation point for HR system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including system ownership and analytics.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Deep knowledge of HRIS platforms; UKG experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and compensation processes, with the ability to interpret complex HR data.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
