Client Onboarding Associate (Finance)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €23,000–€25,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain client-specific data in the Private i and Total Plan platforms.
• Support clients by responding to inquiries and service requests and documenting interactions in CRM tools.
• Assist internal users with platform navigation, data issues, and procedural questions.
• Identify data discrepancies, quality issues, and process inefficiencies, then resolve or escalate them appropriately.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and the adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to meet deadlines and support evolving business needs across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing systems and processes.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI or GenAI tools.
• Experience with process optimization or refinement.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, or automation.
