Focus on managing claim records, resolving incomplete or rejected claims, and learning finance and operational processes.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; on-site, full-time

What you will do
- Support the Claims team with daily customer claims administration.
- Process claims and maintain backup details in the Oracle Chargeback application.
- Communicate with customers about incomplete debit-note data and rejected claims.
- Help customers improve the quality of their claims documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and support additional back-office projects.
- Learn and contribute to finance and operational business processes.
Requirements
- Be a third- or fourth-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Good command of English.
- Interest in client service and customer communication.
- Enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
