What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for assigned legal entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and other accounting adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate open items, unusual balances, and discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, variance explanations, and management schedules.
• Support intercompany, payroll, bank, accrual, and other general ledger processes.
• Maintain accounting documentation, support internal and external audits, and contribute to process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Understanding of accounting principles, month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Experience in accounting, general ledger, financial reporting, or a shared service center environment.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Accuracy with large data volumes, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, ethical values, integrity, and commitment to internal controls and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle EBS.
