Real Assets Infrastructure Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $181,000–$235,000 per year, plus eligible annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze client needs, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities across real assets infrastructure.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including service improvements, pricing, profitability, and prioritization.
• Develop new real assets products, indexes, and data solutions with Research, external providers, and partners.
• Create business plans and go-to-market strategies covering product, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate development with Program Management, Engineering, Data Operations, Research, and Sales.
• Support product releases and launches through application changes, data feeds, feature testing, client communications, pitchbooks, factsheets, FAQs, and documentation.

Requirements

• Deep commercial understanding of commercial real estate, institutional investment processes, and global investment flows.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure strategies across utilities, energy and renewables, transportation, digital infrastructure, and social infrastructure.
• Significant institutional commercial and strategic experience in the investment industry, including cross-functional team leadership.
• Proven P&L management experience in fintech, investment and capital markets technology, or financial data.
• Experience delivering client projects from pitch through execution and meeting sales targets.
• Demonstrated success growing product management, sales, and research organizations and driving revenue and profitability.
