Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, Newark, NJ, or Arizona

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Develop and manage the roadmap for digital shareholder engagement and regulatory communications products.
• Identify market opportunities arising from regulatory change, client needs, and emerging technologies.
• Lead products from discovery and business case development through design, development, pilot, launch, commercialization, and optimization.
• Translate market, client, and regulatory needs into product requirements, user journeys, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with technology, UX, operations, legal, compliance, information security, and go-to-market teams.
• Engage enterprise clients, design partners, and pilot users while presenting product plans to clients and senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, regulatory technology, or capital markets.
• Experience leading products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Ability to translate complex business, regulatory, and client requirements into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, operations, legal, compliance, UX, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, including evaluation of product tradeoffs and risks.
