Location: Together Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $130,000–$260,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead operational strategy across multiple divisions and business units.
• Oversee large-scale projects, including timelines, budgets, communications, and implementation.
• Analyze data and industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities and support customer experience decisions.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, eCommerce, Product, Technology, and Supply Chain to streamline fulfillment processes.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, talent management, and succession planning.
• Promote compliance, integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience developing operational strategies across multiple divisions or business units.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable, measurable plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong data analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and talent development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Project Management Professional certification.
