Salary: $197,200–$290,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead the Local Markets team and strengthen analytical depth and execution rigor.
• Drive marketplace growth across a range of U.S. market types.
• Develop relationships with growth partners and top merchants.
• Lead cross-functional work with marketing, sales, product, finance, analytics, engineering, and operations teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, incubate 0-1 experiments, scope partnerships, and execute local-market roadmaps.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, SQL, and AI tools to shape strategy and improve operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations or comparable operating roles.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and achieving goals.
• Comfort running analyses and manipulating datasets; SQL is required.
• Ability to motivate people across organizational levels and translate high-level goals into detailed plans.
• Ability to work from one of the listed U.S. locations.
