Director, IT Business Operations

Location: Hybrid work model in the United States, with primary location in Santa Clara, California, and additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; and Hillsboro, Oregon. Employees split time between an assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Annual salary range: $167,740–$330,130 USD, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Lead a centralized business operations team supporting Global IT segments.
• Own the development of the Plan of Record in partnership with Finance.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, headcount management, reporting, and multi-year insights for the CIO.
• Translate financial and operational data into strategies for efficiency, cost optimization, productivity, and business impact.
• Establish scalable, compliant operations processes and frameworks while partnering with Finance, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions.
• Develop a high-performing team with accountability for performance, delivery, coaching, and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of industry experience, or a master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in Business Operations, IT, or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience communicating across organizations and levels, including presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• 7+ years of experience working with business data and Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration-platform skills.
• Combined experience in IT and Finance environments, including financial planning, budgeting, and headcount processes.
• Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders, leading cross-functional initiatives, and resolving complex business challenges.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in the semiconductor or related technology industry.
• Project and program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or comparable analytics tools.
