Customer Service Associate - Industrial Machinery

Location: Onsite Monday through Friday in Duluth, Georgia, USA

What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sale customer service by phone, email, and website chatbot.
• Create and manage quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing.
• Process customer orders, billing and account requests, and service or maintenance applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in coordination with hirify.global teams.
• Review case-management requests, assign priorities, and route them to the appropriate customer service desk.

Requirements

• Two to four years of customer service representative experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Previous experience with case-management systems preferred.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday at the Duluth location.
