HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States; onsite at the Fort Wayne operations manufacturing facility

Salary: $84,500–$123,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and front-line supervisors to connect HR strategies, metrics, and reporting with business objectives.
• Provide HR support for hourly and salaried employees, strengthening employee relations, engagement, and workplace effectiveness.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters, ethics complaints, and investigations while advising on performance management and corrective action.
• Drive staffing, compensation, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and annual performance processes.
• Implement organizational change strategies and use data-driven analysis to identify workforce and business insights.
• Lead talent calibration, skills-gap analysis, learning and development planning, and improvement of training experiences.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Onsite work at the Fort Wayne operations manufacturing facility is required.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday, Kronos, and Microsoft Power Platform is highly preferred.

• Experience with databases and multiple HR functions, including coaching, development, talent management, and organizational learning.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence employees and leaders at all levels.
• Solutions-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
