HR Intern - Operations

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support salaried recruiting, job fairs, career fairs, campus recruiting, and interviews.
• Create and maintain position descriptions across the organization.
• Process HRIS activities including applicant tracking, resume review, requisition updates, and confidential employee information.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for salaried and hourly positions.
• Research and support HR projects such as compensation surveys, labor contract preparation, and international employment practices.
• Support succession planning, performance management training, and affirmative action program audits.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
