What you will do

• Support site design projects from concept design through construction documentation under the direction of a registered Landscape Architect.
• Investigate site conditions, building operations, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, grading, and storm drainage.
• Conduct site visits and analyses and assist with hand-drawn and computer-rendered design illustrations.
• Provide AutoCAD production support during concept, schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
• Complete additional project duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prepare site plans and understand grading and drainage principles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Photoshop.
