Delta Operator (12 Hour -Night Shift) (RFID)

Location: St. Charles, Illinois, USA; onsite production facility. Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, three days on and four days off, rotating night shift.

Compensation: USD 26.26–35.05 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay.

What you will do

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain RFID insertion and label coding equipment.
• Monitor RFID tag insertion and encoding at high production speeds while meeting specifications and production goals.
• Perform in-process quality checks to verify tag placement, accuracy, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues such as jams and misalignment.
• Load adhesive labels, poly films, and RFID inlays; record material usage, labor, and downtime.
• Follow safety and ISO quality procedures, maintain a clean work area, and perform preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• 1–3 or more years of experience in printing, direct mail, or manufacturing, preferably involving RFID converting, encoding, or laminating.
• Ability to operate roll-to-roll or sheet-fed equipment, handle paper and film, and read job tickets.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate RFID tag placement and encoding.
• PC proficiency for managing and monitoring jobs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, or crawl; lift or move 50–70 pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds.
• Flexibility to work the rotating night schedule and overtime when required.
