Project Manager Assistant/Coordinator (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Coordinate project teams and workloads throughout the project life cycle under the supervision of Project Managers.
• Track deliverables, budgets, programmes, quality requirements, and project management plans.
• Support client relations, marketing, contractual, change control, risk management, and production meetings.
• Prepare and coordinate contracts, sub-contracts, and sub-consultant information.
• Organise internal and external meetings, presentations, and regular project reviews.
• Work with Project Managers, engineers, accounting, operations, and business leadership across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience running design engineering teams.
• Experience with construction projects and working knowledge of the construction sector.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including client-facing capability.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.

Nice to have

• Experience in the data centre industry.
• Experience in project leadership or business development.
