Project Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Waukesha, WI, USA; travel up to 40% with flexibility for additional travel, including onsite emergency response.

What you will do

• Lead project management for data center accounts delivering large industrial generator solutions.
• Own project scope across quoting, manufacturing, shipping, installation, commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle support.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, manage timelines, and drive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service, and external partners to achieve milestones.
• Manage budgets, costs, forecasts, change orders, stakeholder communications, and escalations.
• Resolve onsite quality issues and improve project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in change order management and professional communication and escalation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of electrical power generation systems, including paralleling, load banks, switchgear, UPS, and ATS.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, wiring diagrams, schematics, and flowcharts, with familiarity with MEP systems in data centers and critical infrastructure.
