What you will do

• Prime, paint, and touch up vehicles using electrostatic and air-assist spray guns, brushes, and other paint application equipment.
• Mix paints and adjust formulas, chemicals, viscosity, and consistency, including military-spec coatings.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, adjust, and reassemble pumps, heaters, tanks, spray guns, hoses, and related equipment.
• Apply decals, stencils, rust-proofing, and perform sanding, washing, conditioning, and light bodywork.
• Inspect parts before, during, and after painting to verify quality and specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, perform preventive maintenance, and help train new team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of manufacturing, industrial, or automotive painting experience.
• Ability to pass the Pulmonary Function Test process.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work while standing, reaching, climbing, and performing repetitive manual tasks.
• Availability for irregular hours, frequent overtime, weekends, and shift rotation.
