hirify.global Corporation's JLG business develops access equipment, including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles, and accessories.

What you will do

• Wipe, sand, plug, mask, and inspect parts before painting and paint repair.
• Remove excess water and debris from part cavities and hang components using overhead hoists.
• Inspect finished parts against production and quality standards and help identify root causes of paint defects.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and tuggers.
• Label, stock, and record materials and supplies when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with safety procedures and 6S standards.

Requirements

• Regular, reliable in-person attendance at the Butner, North Carolina production site.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as production demands require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, climbing, and tool use.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds, with sustained pushing or pulling up to 30 pounds.
• Visual and auditory acuity for safe equipment operation and communication in a busy workspace.
• Required use of personal protective equipment when applicable.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Tugger or tractor certification.
• Telescopic Material Handler License.
