Houston Business Performance Improvement Consultant (Finance) - 2027

Location: Houston, Texas; hybrid work with in-person time in local offices and on client sites, including possible local or out-of-state travel

Salary: $72,000–$87,000 base annually, plus a $2,000 bonus target; estimated total cash compensation of $74,000–$89,000 annually

What you will do

• Support client engagements across finance, operations, people and change, and supply chain and operations.
• Compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights and recommendations.
• Help address accounting, financial reporting, compliance, organizational transformation, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with client and project team personnel to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
• Manage time and priorities, take ownership of assignments, and contribute to team results.
• Build business process knowledge and technical capabilities through varied project experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, project management, supply chain, or another relevant business discipline.
• Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and analytical ability.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or GenAI.
• Foundation in accounting and finance processes, organizational operations, documenting findings, and sharing recommendations.
