Finance Automation Consulting Intern - Summer 2027 (Finance Automation)

Location: Denver Downtown, United States; work is primarily performed in-office or remotely, with client travel potentially required.

Compensation: $31–$37 per hour

What you will do

• Consult with accounting, financial, operational, and management personnel to improve business operations.
• Support finance automation and system implementation projects, including assessment, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Help train and advise clients on using products to meet their specific needs.
• Analyze and optimize processes, document procedures, and contribute to project management.
• Participate in collaborative project teams and the sales process.
• Support onsite client engagements and travel when required.

Requirements

• Complete at least 90 credit hours.
• Pursue a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrate accounting, process analysis, documentation, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, operations, performance improvement consulting, or corporate and industry accounting.
• Experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, facilitate clients, and address client concerns.
