What you will do
- Conduct operational and financial analysis to support client engagements.
- Develop and present recommendations for performance improvement initiatives.
- Execute tasks including operational modeling, scenario planning, and client interviews.
- Collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and practice growth.
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of consulting experience, or an MBA with retail industry experience.
- Expertise in retail operations, supply chain, consumer analytics, or digital commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to client sites.
