Process Improvement Consultant (Financial Services)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $70,304–$120,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus and restricted stock unit targets of 12.5% each.

What you will do

• Develop process discovery materials and solution requirements aligned with commercial strategy and business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows using BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Manage change adoption, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and feedback collection.
• Integrate and optimize CRM, ERP, sales, and other commercial systems while collaborating with IT and development teams.
• Monitor performance and risk indicators and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial operations or process improvement, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and SDLC integration.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Employment eligibility verification is required for work in the United States.

• Financial services experience.
• Low-code workflow configuration experience.
• Loan IQ or nCino experience.
