What you will do

• Research clients, industries, markets, procurement activity, competitors, and emerging requirements.
• Support opportunity qualification, capture planning, proposal development, staffing plans, presentations, and business-development activities.
• Perform consulting research, analysis, assessments, evaluations, process mapping, requirements gathering, and operational reviews.
• Develop reports, recommendations, presentations, proposals, training materials, white papers, and technical documentation.
• Execute assigned project tasks, track scope and deadlines, coordinate with project and technical leads, and communicate risks and status.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, training, facilitation, knowledge transfer, relationship development, and follow-on opportunity identification.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, technical work, operations, analytics, project or program support, research, training, business development, professional services, government, military, nonprofit, academia, or industry.
• Practical expertise in one or more relevant disciplines and the ability to convert that expertise into professional-services value.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical ability, sound judgment, reliability, attention to detail, and client-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, organize priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate risks, assumptions, questions, and issues early.
• Education, certifications, professional licenses, security clearances, and other credentials may be required depending on the assignment or client contract.
• Ability to comply with confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, security, licensing, client, and contractual requirements.
