Production Operator (Industrial Gases)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor filling stations, compressors, pumps, and other production equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Perform cylinder inspections, pressure verification, leak detection, cleaning, labeling, and preparation for filling.
• Load and unload cylinders and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete production logs, inventory records, and other required documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions, report major issues, and support efficient production operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Ability to operate a forklift or become forklift-certified.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with industrial gas production, cylinder handling, or forklifts.
