Manufacturing Technician

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; onsite work on assigned 12-hour shifts

Starting pay: $26.55 per hour

What you will do

• Follow safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Operate continuous process equipment used to manufacture hollow fiber membranes.
• Handle raw materials and prepare batch mixtures.
• Measure and monitor process conditions to maintain product quality.
• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Maintain product inspection and process monitoring records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable work history, dependable attendance, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and general knowledge of the Windows PC environment.
• Ability to follow operating instructions, SOPs, safety procedures, and quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work nights and complete 1–3 months of day-shift training before moving to the permanent assigned shift.
