Production Leader - Unit Production Crew 3 (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a production crew, assign tasks, and provide guidance and mentoring.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support production plans and targets.
• Monitor quality-control processes and investigate production or quality issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with inventory control, and report on productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.

• Regular lifting and movement of objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and repetitive tasks are required during the shift.
