Director, Global Value Evidence Strategy (Nephrology & Immunology)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $186,489–$278,875 annually, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead global value evidence strategies for assigned nephrology and immunology assets.
• Provide health technology assessment and value evidence input to clinical development programs and integrated evidence plans.
• Lead the Value Evidence Sub-Committee and contribute to product development and alliance governance committees.
• Develop economic models, real-world evidence, evidence syntheses, meta-analyses, statistical analysis plans, and global value dossiers.
• Coordinate HTA submissions outside the United States and lead responses to US evaluations such as ICER.
• Develop post-approval research and publication plans with external researchers and scientific experts.

Requirements

• PhD, MD, PharmD, or master's degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, health policy, pharmaceutical administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical or payer experience with a PhD, MD, or PharmD, or 12 years with a master's degree.
• Experience in market access, outcomes research, health economics, observational studies, or health technology assessment.
• Late-stage drug development and launch experience.
• Experience generating evidence in rare diseases.
