Salary: $289,601–$353,957 USD per year, plus performance-based annual bonus and equity compensation

What you will do
- Own integrated evidence generation plans across programs and align HEOR strategy with clinical development, medical affairs, commercial, and market access objectives.
- Develop evidence frameworks, value narratives, global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, payer decks, and health technology assessment submissions.
- Direct cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, scenario analyses, and innovative access or value-based agreement designs.
- Lead real-world evidence, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes, quality-of-life initiatives, and long-term durability assessments.
- Build and manage the Field HEOR team and lead payer-facing engagements across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments.
- Translate payer insights into evidence plans, model assumptions, coverage strategies, and utilization management approaches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or payer strategy within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- At least 5 years of payer-facing HEOR or Field HEOR experience, including direct engagement with payers and presentation of clinical and economic evidence.
- Strong knowledge of payer decision-making, health economics methodologies, reimbursement systems, medical policy, and evidence needs for high-cost specialty or gene therapies.
- Experience developing or deploying payer launch deliverables and driving real-world evidence projects.
- Advanced degree such as MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, or MS in health economics, outcomes research, public health, or a related field, plus a BS/BA.
- Up to 40% travel for partner meetings, conferences, and internal cross-functional workshops.
Nice to have
- Experience in rare disease, cell or gene therapy, or other advanced therapeutics.
- Experience supporting value-based contracting discussions.
