TL;DR

Location: Morristown, New Jersey or Cambridge, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and approximately 15% travel

Salary: $206,250.00–$297,916.66 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global HEVA strategies for early neurology assets, including Alzheimer’s disease, wet and dry AMD, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Oversee health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, evidence synthesis, epidemiology, and publication strategies.
  • Translate HEVA insights into commercial, pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
  • Partner with clinical, commercial, US HEVA, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to align evidence plans with asset value.
  • Engage payers, health technology assessment bodies, academic institutions, research partners, regulators, and key opinion leaders.
  • Mentor team members, contribute to department-wide initiatives, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree such as a PhD or PharmD in health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in health economic modeling, real-world evidence generation, evidence synthesis, and outcomes research methodologies.
  • Experience in neurology and a strong understanding of global health technology assessment and payer decision-making frameworks.
  • Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory guidance for real-world evidence and differences in promotional guidance between the US and other regions.
  • English proficiency is required; the role is based in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA with 3 days per week in-office.

  • Experience managing high-complexity assets and therapeutic areas requiring innovative evidence generation.
  • Experience using AI-powered analytics platforms, machine learning for evidence synthesis, generative AI, automated data analysis, and digital data management systems.
