Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid position requiring work onsite 2–3 days per week, with availability to work across all US time zones. Domestic and international travel may be required. Permanent US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the US evidence-generation strategy for the lung cancer and precision medicine portfolio.
- Lead HEOR studies, including network meta-analyses and real-world evidence studies, from concept through publication.
- Coordinate evidence needs across US Medical, Market Access, Global HV&E, GASP, alliance partners, and customer-facing teams.
- Develop AMCP dossiers, systematic literature reviews, economic models, and other value and evidence deliverables supporting reimbursement and access.
- Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and the analysis and interpretation of patient-reported outcomes.
- Build research collaborations with external experts, healthcare policymakers, payers, and oncology settings.
Requirements
- Graduate degree required, such as MSc, MPH, MBA, PharmD, or PhD.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with an MSc, MPH, or MBA, or at least 5 years with a PharmD or PhD.
- In-depth knowledge of health services research, health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, statistics, and real-world evidence methods.
- Ability to independently manage complex non-interventional studies and oversee multiple projects involving budgets, vendors, contracts, and competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of drug development and the US healthcare and economic environment.
- Permanent US work authorization required; US work visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience overseeing real-world evidence studies involving clinical sites, medical record review, chart abstraction, data quality, and operational execution.
- Oncology experience, particularly in lung cancer.
- Experience with HTA organizations and submissions, including ICER, CMS-IPAY, IRA, or NICE.
