Founding Product Designer

Location: Hybrid at the company HQ

Salary: $120K–$185K annually plus equity

hirify.global is an early-stage healthcare startup building an AI-powered care navigation platform for health systems in the U.S. and MENA region.

What you will do

• Shape product direction based on deep understanding of referral coordinators, phone staff, providers, and other users.
• Own end-to-end design across user-facing products, from research and problem framing through specification, launch, and iteration.
• Conduct user research directly and translate findings into product strategy and workflow improvements.
• Design polished, trustworthy interfaces for dense, high-stakes clinical operations.
• Partner with founders, product, and engineering to define product vision and roadmap, using rapid prototypes to align and validate ideas.
• Own brand and marketing design, including sales materials, partner decks, and the website.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing complex products across multiple companies, ideally B2B SaaS, systems-heavy products, or operational internal tools.
• End-to-end ownership from problem definition through launch, supported by a strong portfolio showing product thinking, UI craft, rationale, and results.
• Experience designing both product interfaces and brand or marketing materials.
• Strong research instincts and the ability to conduct independent user sessions.
• Fluency in Figma, familiarity with broader brand and marketing design tools, comfort with AI tools such as Cursor, GPT, and Claude, and strong cross-functional communication.

• Experience building products from 0 to 1 at an early-stage startup.
• Ability to balance fast shipping with long-term product quality.
