Senior Product Designer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, implementation, and iteration.
• Shape and launch 0-to-1 products that expand medical-record retrieval capabilities.
• Design self-service experiences that improve visibility, control, and confidence throughout the retrieval process.
• Evolve client-facing platforms and internal operational tools to improve usability and streamline workflows.
• Conduct client and user interviews, workflow observation, concept testing, and usability research.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Operations to define problems, align outcomes, and make product tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, preferably with enterprise, workflow, platform, or data-intensive products.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, interaction and visual design craft, and measurable impact.
• Experience taking ambiguous opportunities from 0 to 1 and validating concepts before and after launch.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to connect user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, accessible interaction design, and responsive design.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools for research synthesis, prototyping, and collaboration, including tools such as Claude Code.

• Experience designing for healthcare, fintech, or another complex or regulated environment.
