Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Mountain View, United States; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own product design end to end, from problem framing and user flows to polished, production-ready interfaces across web and product surfaces.
• Drive projects from concept to launch by scoping work, setting priorities, and moving initiatives forward independently.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and stakeholders to define product direction, requirements, and priorities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, interaction patterns, and implementation specifications.
• Use AI tools and vibe-coding workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to scalable design systems and guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong product design track record with a portfolio of live, shipped work.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with excellent visual, layout, typography, interaction, and product design skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git for prototyping, small front-end fixes, and close engineering collaboration.
• Fluency with AI creative and prototyping tools, including vibe coding.
• Ability to scope and ship projects autonomously, balance craft with business and user needs, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align design, product, and engineering partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation or motion design tools such as Rive or After Effects.
