Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States only; international remote work is not supported.

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design interaction flows and UI components that help brokers and agency leaders act on production trends, contracting gaps, commission issues, and other key data.
• Translate complex datasets and reporting into clear workflows, visualizations, and controls.
• Conduct discovery interviews and usability tests, using findings to shape design decisions and validate UX patterns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to ship features from prototypes through post-launch iteration.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, rapid prototyping, and design exploration while helping evolve AI-assisted team workflows.
• Contribute reusable components, interaction patterns, documentation, information architecture, and navigation patterns to reduce cognitive load.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing web-based B2B SaaS or internal tools with complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
• Portfolio required, demonstrating end-to-end projects, design decisions, user research, user flows, and production UI deliverables.
• Fluency in Figma and interest in AI-assisted design workflows.
• Experience contributing to a design system through components, patterns, and documentation.
• Strong UX fundamentals, craft, information architecture, systems thinking, and cross-functional communication.
• Must work from an approved location within the United States.
