Luxury Fashion Manager

Location: Jared Jewelers - Aurora City Place Shopping Center, Aurora, Colorado, United States

Base pay: $15.75–$22.10 per hour plus commission on sales; final rate depends on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own Fashion category performance, including sales results, customer behaviors, and presentation standards.
• Act as the in-store expert in styling, wardrobe building, layering, and product storytelling.
• Lead Fashion visual merchandising, displays, product launches, and presentation adjustments supporting business priorities.
• Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member each month and provide actionable feedback.
• Improve ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors through coaching, focus, and personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent and build teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Expertise in Fashion jewelry styling, wardrobe building, layering, and product storytelling.
• Ability to coach team members and turn training into consistent daily behaviors.
• Ability to lead visual merchandising and maintain elevated presentation standards.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and activate practical solutions.
• Ability to work on site at the Aurora City Place Shopping Center in Aurora, Colorado.
