Senior Sales Associate

Location: Berlin, Germany; full-time, on-site retail role with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods.

Base pay range: €32,000–€36,000 full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Achieve personal sales, productivity, and store performance goals.
• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver service aligned with Coach Experience standards.
• Use trained sales behaviors, including omnichannel sales and virtual selling services.
• Anticipate customer needs, serve multiple customers simultaneously, and build repeat purchase and loyalty through clienteling communications.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Support live-stream shopping, product demonstrations, and short-form video creation with the social selling team.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with POS systems, mobile POS, iPad or laptop use, walkie-talkies, and reading price or release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency required for the EU role.
• Effective written and verbal communication, ability to work on the sales floor, and ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting and store-climbing requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow a flexible schedule based on business needs.
